Synthetic drugs in Napier: Frustration at little action

Synthetic drug users, their whanau and community groups grappling with the crisis in Napier are frustrated with the lack of action from Hawke's Bay District Health Board after promises it would make more help available. A report commissioned by the DHB has found patients wanting to quit face long delays, and even health professionals are sometimes unsure of who to turn to for help. RNZ Hawke's Bay reporter Anusha Bradley has the story.
