Accused killers of NZers resettled in Australia

Two Rwandan men accused of murdering eight foreign tourists - including two New Zealanders - in Uganda 20 years ago have been resettled in Australia. It's emerged that the pair were brought to Australia last year as part of a controversial refugee swap deal with the US. They'd been held in immigration detention in the US for 15 years, after efforts to convict them failed. The two New Zealanders killed in the attack, were former Timaru woman Michelle Strathern, who was 26, and 27-year old Aucklander Rhonda Avis.
