Saudi oil tankers sabotaged in Persian Gulf

Four oil tankers in the Persian Gulf have been sabotaged, two are Saudi vessels. The Saudi government says the attacks pose a threat to the security of global oil supplies. Explosions were reported on two of the ships offshore of the United Arab Emirates port of Fujairah. Tensions have risen in the oil-rich region in recent weeks amid the deployment of a growing number of United States warships to the Middle East due to deteriorating relations with Iran. The US has deployed warships to the region in recent days as tensions ramp up between the US and Iran. The BBC's security correspondent Frank Gardner talks through the impacts with Susie Ferguson.
