Northland driver caught up in dodgy WOF saga

A Kaitaia woman caught up in the warrant of fitness crisis is struggling to know if her car is safe to drive or not. The Transport Agency put a ban on the 2014 Nissan stopping it getting a fresh warrant, after one garage failed all four seatbelts - even though a second vehicle inspector had passed it straight afterwards.
