Abuse survivors sceptical of Catholic Church's reporting rules

Survivors of abuse in faith based institutions are sceptical the mandatory reporting of sexual abuse within the Roman Catholic church will actually happen. Pope Francis has just announced the new manadatory rules. Doctor Murray Heasley is the spokesperson for a network of survivors of abuse in faith based institutions.
