Taranaki clean energy centre: Will it calm job loss fears?

Will a new clean energy centre in Taranaki calm concerns about major job losses in the region? The Prime Minster announced the $27 million building yesterday. Jacinda Adern says the centre will help the country move away from fossil fuels. Last year the government blindsided the energy industry when it announced it would not be granting any NEW deep-sea oil and gas exploration permits. New Plymouth's mayor Neil Holdom described the exploration ban at the time as a "kick in the guts". Neil Holdom talks to Corin Dann
