Primary principals union boss quits, cites low teacher morale

The head of the Auckland's primary principals association is quitting education saying teacher morale has never been lower. Craig Holt's comments come as members of the Post Primary Teachers Association and the Educational Insitute vote on whether to hold a joint strike at the end of the month.
