Government's climate change bill hopeful but has its flaws
The government's plan to tackle climate change is being characterised as hopeful but flawed. The proposed Zero Carbon Ammendment Bill, sets out a framework for the country's transition to a low emissions economy over the next 30 years. It aims is to limit global warming to no more than 1.5 degrees celcius and to build a country and economy that can cope with the changing climate. Kate Gudsell reports.
