Gun lobbyists hire lawyer to query gun law changes
A gun lobby group has hired a lawyer so gun owners can be clear about exactly which weapons are banned under the new law. The arms amendment bill, passed last month after the mosque attacks, bans most semi-automatics, magazines and parts. The Council of Licensed Firearms Owners says it wants to make sure it's easy for gun owners to comply with the new laws and avoid any confusion. Nicole McKee is the council's secretary. She talks to Susie Ferguson.
