Families urge code of practice to improve special education

Parents and special needs experts are fed up with teachers who refuse to change the way they teach to help children with learning or behaviour problems. They say children are misbehaving and having meltdowns because schools won't follow the advice of educational psychologists and other experts. They say a special education code of practice would help make sure all teachers and principals do a better job. Here's our education correspondent, John Gerritsen.
