Future of Grey Lynn's 'haunted' Carlile House in limbo

The future of a former Auckland orphanage - with a reputation for being haunted - remains in limbo with the owners not willing to sell-up to the city council. Despite years of negotiations, Carlile House on Richmond Rd in the wealthy suburb of Grey Lynn has fallen into disrepair after decades of neglect and vandalism. Matthew Theunissen reports.
