Destiny Church, govt at odds over Man-Up programme

The Minister for Corrections and Justice are at odds over Destiny Church's controversial Man-up rehabilitation programme. Kelvin Davis has ruled out allowing the programme into prisons, after a public spat with Destiny Church Leader Brian Tamaki reached boiling point yesterday. But the Justice Minister Andrew Little says he'll back any rehab as long as there's clear evidence it works. Here's political reporter Yvette McCullough.
