New scheme offers in-home help for saving on power bills

A new, free, in-home coaching service has been launched to help households struggling with heating costs. Business, government and community groups and have combined forces for the scheme. EnergyMate "coaches" work with people identified as being in need, to help cut their power bills and increase warmth in their homes.
