Low satisfaction rates for major KiwiSaver providers

Customers are less-satisified with their Kiwisaver providers than ever - and are being charged more by their fund managers. This is revealed in Consumer NZ's latest survey of all thirteen Kiwisaver providers. It's been a rough year on the sharemarket and customers have taken a hit - this in turn has hit the satisfaction ratings. Sue Chetwin from Consumer NZ discusses the findings.
