Climate scientist warns against Wellington's Shelly Bay plan

A climate scientist says building a new development on Wellington harbour would be irresponsible. Victoria University's James Renwick says the development at Shelly Bay is very close to sea level, and will be prone to frequent flooding. But developer the Wellington Company says it realises the sea level will rise, and is designing the development accordingly. Laura Dooney reports.
