Facebook seeks help in monitoring harmful content
Facebook says it cannot be expected to take sole responsibility for monitoring what is posted on the site. Facebook's chief executive, Mark Zuckerberg, wrote a column in the Washington Post saying governments need to draw up global rules to regulate websites. He suggested regulation in four areas: harmful content, election integrity, privacy and data portability. Technology commentator Paul Brislen is in our Auckland studio. He talks to Guyon Espiner.
