ACT says hate crime review could be divisive

Justice Minister Andrew Little says he'll fast-track a review of current laws that could lead to hate speech being made a legal offence. But the leader of the ACT Party says that would be divisive if it meant certain people were deemed more deserving of legal protection than others. David Seymour is in the Auckland studio and speaks to Guyon Espiner.
