Twyford discusses Housing unit contractor spending

More than $1 million was paid to professional firms for large scale Kiwibuild developments; and nearly $3.3 million was paid to 73 individual contractors. Phil Twyford is the Minister of Housing and Urban Development. He talks to Guyon Espiner.
