Hokitika homeowner's anger over stormwater failure

A Hokitika homeowner is angry the town's stormwater system failed to clear heavy rain fast enough to save his place from getting flooded. The man, who has asked not to be named, shares the house with his partner, his daughter and his niece. At 3:30 Wednesday morning they had to flee the place they have called home for twenty years after water started coming inside. The home owner blames failing infrastructure, and shows our reporter Conan Young through his sodden home.
