Australian and New Zealand intelligence agencies and police are working closely together to find out more about the accused gunman Brenton Tarrant and why he wasn't on any security watch list. Tarrant who's been living in Dunedin grew up in the New South Wales suburb of Grafton. Yesterday Australian counter-terrorism officers in northern New South Wales, raided the home of the accused gunman's sister, and the home of his mother's boyfriend. Dr John Coyne is from the Australian Strategic Policy Institute.
