The duty lawyer who acted for Brenton Tarrant soon after his arrest says it was disturbing how lucid his client is. Mr Tarrant declined name suppression, bail and a lawyer and has chosen to represent himself in court. Richard Peters spoke to Morning Report producer Jeremy Wilkinson.
