Utrecht shooter arrested after killing three on tram

The threat level in the Netherlands has been lowered after the arrest of a man who opened fire on passengers in a tram in the city of Utrecht killing three people. A manhunt had been underway to find the suspect, 37-year-old Gokmen Tanis. Our correspondent in the Netherlands is Stephanie Van den Berg.
