Shooter returned to 'finish' victims - survivor
More stories from the shootings are emerging. A 43-year-old father who was shot in the back at the Al Noor mosque on Deans Avenue on Friday, says the perpetrator returned to 'finish off' victims he'd already shot. Osman Ahmed lay under about 15 bodies, holding his breath, as he watched the attacker shoot anyone who flinched. Mr Ahmed was discharged from hospital on Saturday morning and reunited with his wife and three children. He shared his memory of Friday's attack with Madison Reidy. His eldest daughter, 18-year-old Mulki Abdiwahab fled the mosque barefoot with her mother when they heard gunshots on Friday afternoon. She says she was lost for words when she was reunited with her father at the weekend. She's still coming to terms with what happened.
