House insurance increasingly difficult in Wellington

Wellington house buyers are finding it increasingly difficult to get insurance before signing on the dotted line - and real-estate agents says it's only going to get worse. It has emerged this week that IAG - which under its brands State, AMI and NZI dominates the house and contents insurance market - is turning away new customers.
