National back into Jami-Lee Ross saga with Serious Fraud Office case
The National Party's been dragged back into last year's Jami-Lee Ross saga with news it is under investigation by the Serious Fraud Office. Its former MP went to the police last year with claims of electoral fraud and corruption. Both the National Party and its leader Simon Bridges deny any wrongdoing; last year, he said an investigation would clear him. Now the case has been refered to the SFO.
