Legal action looms over 'sham-contracting' of linesworkers

Linespeople are taking legal action over what they call a sham-contracting model, which has them working six-days a week and still not breaking even. They say Visionstream - a Chorus subcontractor - is running a model which is driving them bankrupt. Chorus says it's listening, and is on the verge of a major announcement which could see a shake-up of the whole sector.
