Seymour calls for Jones to quit over Northland project funding

Cabinet Minister Shane Jones is in the firing line again over the $3.4 billion Provincial Growth Fund. Act leader David Seymour has asked the Auditor-General to investigate Mr Jones' role in a $4.6 million grant for a Northland cultural centre. Mr Jones is a big supporter of the project and says he declared a conflict of interest when he became a Minister. He told Parliament last year he'd been at no formal meetings to discuss the scheme despite being at the very meeting where the Finance Minister Grant Robertson signed it off. David Seymour tells our reporter Dean Bedford that is not good enough.
