Tobacco giant wants to pull cigarettes from NZ shelves

One of the world's largest cigarette manufacturers wants to pull smokes from New Zealand shelves this year, and is calling for a tax break on smokefree products. American-based Philip Morris, which owns the Marlboro brand, has spent nearly $7 billion transforming its business from one that sells cigarettes, to one that will eventually sell only electronic tobacco products. But Shayne Nahu, the Manager of Advocacy and Wellbeing with Cancer Society, has reservations. He speaks to Guyon Espiner.
