Truck welder says transport officials crippling his business

A Gisborne truck welder is accusing transport officials of crippling his business. The Transport Agency's currently taking compliance action against 220 transport licence holders, garages, and certifiers, such as suspending or revoking their licences. Todd Allen is not one of those, but still faces new and higher hurdles. He told Phil Pennington the crackdown is misguided.
