World Rugby denies excluding Pacific in 'World League'

World Rugby is denying that Pacific nations are going to be excluded from the the World League competition. On Twitter on Monday, World Rugby Chief Executive Brett Gosper said there is no Pacific shut out. But the Pacific Rugby Players chief executive Aayden Clarke disagrees and spoke to Guyon Espiner.
