Japan rugby faces roadblocks in growing game

Japan is counting down to hosting this year's Rugby World Cup but it's goal of the tournament delivering 1 million players to the sport is already a forlorn hope. World and Asia rugby have already met their target of 1 million new participants in the region - however converting those participants, who may have had a one off experience with the sport into regular players, is proving a much bigger challenge. And for Japan it's an even tougher battle as Joe Porter reports from Tokyo.
