Reservations over new Rugby World League

Reservations are being raised about World Rugby's proposed new World League. The competition would involve 12 teams, the Six Nations teams, the four Rugby Championship teams, along with Japan and the United States. However, it would exclude all Pacific teams - including Fiji which currently ranks as world number nine. RNZ sports reporter Barry Guy has details.
