Arrow collapse: Wellington developer stays confident

A Wellington developer is hoping work will start again in a few days on his inner city apartment high rise despite subcontractors walking off the job at news of big financial woes at the construction company Arrow International. It's gone into voluntary administration and at sites around the country subbies took their tools and left on Thursday. Mike Cole is the developer of a 20 storey apartment block in Dixon Street - he told our reporter Phil Pennington his company wants to take over Arrow's construction contract and get the workforce back.
