Principals ask for guidance over school strike for climate
Should school children who wag class for a protest against climate change be marked truant, or encouraged and asked to write an essay about it? That's the dilemma next month's School Strike for Climate is posing for principals and they're asking the Education Ministry for guidance. Strike organisers say young people at more than a hundred schools have so far signed up to the strike on March the 15th and they're hoping for a turnout of thousands.
