SkyPath future in doubt over intellectual property row

The future of the SkyPath on the Auckland Harbour Bridge is in doubt because of a row over whether the designers should be paid. The SkyPath Trust that came up with the design says the Transport Agency is stalling over paying it for its intellectual property, and now communication betwee the two parties has all but shut down.
