National says residential properties owners are under attack by the Government after new rental standards were announced just days after news of a potential capital gains tax. The party's housing spokesperson Judith Collins says ultimately tenants will be the losers when landlords start passing on the costs of putting compulsory heating and insulation into rental properties.
