NZ house price rises slow, Auckland prices dip - QV

Property figures out this morning show house prices grew at their slowest rate in six years in the year to January, and in Auckland they went backwards. The latest QV house price index shows Auckland prices dipped 0.9 percent. Nationally prices rose by 2.9 percent, the lowest annual rise since February 2012.
