The Crown is calling its first witnesses in its case against Malcolm Rewa - accused for the third time of murdering Susan Burdett. The 65-year-old has been convicted of raping Ms Burdett in her South Auckland home in 1992 but two juries were unable to decide if he murdered her. Teina Pora served more than 20 years behind bars for the crime after a false confession but his convictions were overturned on appeal in 2015. RNZ court reporter Anneke Smith is following the case. She talks to Susie Ferguson.
