Jones promises 'thousands' of Provincial Growth Fund jobs

The National Party has criticised the government for spending what it says is just 3.4 percent of its $3 billion Provincial Growth Fund. We spoke to National's Paul Goldsmith a short time ago, who said only 54 jobs have been created so far. Shane Jones is the Regional Economic Development Minister. He talks to Guyon Espiner.
