Ralph Northam blackface photo: 'It's all over for him'

Over in the United States, Virginia Governor Ralph Northam is refusing to resign after a photo resurfaced from his 1984 yearbook. The photo shows two people one dressed up with a blackface, the other dressed as a Klu Klux Klan member. The caption on the photo states that one of the two men is Governor Ralph Northam. At first Mr.Northam apologised for the photo and asked for forgiveness. Then in an incredible backtrack, he denied it was him. Despite denying he is in the photo Mr. Northam has rapidly lost support from Democrats. RNZ correspondent in Washington DC is Simon Marks.
