Townsville flooding: Thousands evacuated as dam opens

The Ross River Dam's spillway has been opened in Townsville, releasing thousands of cubic metres of water into the town. Thousands of residents have evacuated to higher ground. Local officials have been out warning people of the dangers. Clare Armstrong, a reporter from the Townsville Bulletin spoke to Morning Report producer Lucy Smith on Sunday night.
