6yo sent back to Australian father despite abuse claims

The mother of a six-year-old child ordered back to Australia under the Hague Convention is questioning why her daughter's views were disregarded by a family court judge. The girl had told a lawyer that she was scared of her dad because he smacked her and yelled at her almost every day.
