Rural emergency health under funding pressure

The future of a rural emergency health service is under pressure with supporters saying funding isn't keeping up with demand - and cuts could threaten lives. Prime is a 24-7 service providing rural communities with access to trained medical professionals in life threatening situations. But an Insight investigation has found some medical centres who've have sign up to the service are being stretched beyond breaking point and the funding they get doesn't cover their costs. Tess Brunton reports.
