Defence 2019: More spending, more upgrades

The Defence Minister says it won't be long before there are more details of one of the biggest procurements in decades. Last year, the government announced $2.3 billion for new planes to replace the aging Orion fleet, as well as a one hundred million dollar vessel for the Navy.
