School rugby student poaching harming the game - report

Poaching of rugby players by secondary schools has led to fewer school pupils playing the game. That's the finding of a New Zealand Rugby report commissioned after eleven schools in Auckland refused to play Saint Kentigerns because of the way it was recruiting players from other schools. New Zealand Rugby made 31 recommendations to fix the problem - six of which will be implemented in the next year and a half. Our reporter Clay Wilson has more.
