Thoroughbred racehorses quarantined in NZ since July
Millions of dollars worth of thoroughbred racing horses bound for Hong Kong have been stuck in New Zealand since July after a outbreak of strangles - an endemic disease in New Zealand, and in many other countries, and is so-called because it can cause problems breathing.
