AUS deports Pacifika people to NZ who have never set foot here

Australia's Border Force are deporting Pacifika people to New Zealand despite some of them having never set foot here. Two men, one born in Samoa and one in Rarotonga, were sent to Christchurch in the past month because they were deemed to be New Zealand citizens. But neither of them had been here before.
