Multiple guns at scene of Lower Hutt gang shooting - witness

A Stokes Valley man says there were multiple guns at the scene of a gang shooting in the Lower Hutt suburb on Saturday night. The 39-year-old victim is in hospital with moderate injuries. Some witness say there has been tension between the Black Power and Mongrel Mob gangs because Black Power has been recruiting young people in an area the Mob regards as its turf.
