A marketing expert warns selling Tip Top isn't a smart financial move for Fonterra and could see a repeat of the Cadbury factory saga in Dunedin. Fonterra is looking at off-loading the popular ice-cream brand because it needs investment the co-operative is unwilling to put in. It's not ruling out a sale to foreigners.
