Third of DPMC staffers see bullying, bad behaviour

A third of staff in the Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet say they have either been bullied or seen their colleagues subjected to bad behaviour. This in an email from DPMC chief executive Andrew Kibblewhite to staff that was leaked to RNZ by someone worried about the findings.
